summer of 2009 saw the launch of new website www.eternalmewar.in. Powered by the latest content management
system, this website brings forth the vibrant spectrum of Eternal Mewar with special
sections on Travel, Museums, Schools, Research, Collaboration and Media. It contains
many new features such as latest breaking news about Udaipur and the House of Mewar,
improved usability and navigation, in-depth information on Mewar history, user friendly
Museum sites, regal festivals, grand heritage palaces and much more. It caters to
the widest range of user groups: be it the leisure or business traveler, a religious
devout, museum enthusiast, history buff, scholar, writer, historian, architect,
music lover, student, philanthrophist, media person, journalist, photographer etc.
The new website tries to deliver on its key goals: dramatically enhancing the usability
of the Eternal Mewar organisations, increasing the accessibility of the Eternal
Mewar activities, and opening a new channel of participation for Eternal Mewar’s
visitors.
But this new website is just the first step in a longer journey. It is part of a
higher mission to leverage the power of technology throughout in all of Eternal
